With the online coaching subscription you’ll get a training plan so you can work independently at home or in the gym.

Through the check-ins via e-mail and the video calls, I intensively guide you towards your goals. During these check-ins you can ask all your questions and I will make adjustments where necessary.

Susan started her personal training program with the aim of losing weight and building more muscle mass. We drew up a plan to train together in the studio once a week and to work at home at least twice a week based on a training schedule.

Within six months, Susan noticed she was losing weight in a healthy way. Her strength and balance have also improved in those six months, which is especially noticeable when running.

At the start of the process, we took into account that the knees could cause problems due to old injuries. Susan also sees progress in this and with the months that pain even went away!

After the intake, where we made an inventory of the materials she had at her disposal, how she trained at the moment and what other goals she had, a fully personalized training schedule was drawn up.

The first few weeks it was sometimes difficult to follow the schedule completely, but the extra motivation during the video calls and the weekly check-ins made sure that Suzanne was able to stick to it.

Building muscle mass is not very easy for Suzanne, but she managed to make progress in a few months.
